One Cleaner Terms of Use
1. General Provisions
One Cleaner - Clean Up Storage (the "APP") provides its services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Terms of Use agreement ("Agreement"). The developers of the APP may modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Once updated, the revised Agreement will be published within the application and will immediately supersede any previous version.
Before using any services offered by the APP, you must carefully review this Agreement. If you do not accept this Agreement or any future modifications, you must cease using all services provided by the APP. By continuing to use the APP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of this Agreement, including any revisions.
2. Service Description
One Cleaner - Clean Up Storage currently offers features for organizing space and heavy media files in the user's device memory, including the ability to quickly remove unwanted media, detect and manage similar or duplicate images, and manage the calendar and contacts.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features, enhancements, or tools introduced in the future will also fall under the terms of this Agreement.
You acknowledge and agree that the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The developers of the APP are not responsible for delays, deletions, transmission errors, or any other service-related issues. We may suspend or interrupt any part of the service at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational needs, without prior notice.
3. Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You must not engage in any behavior that violates these laws or disrupts the proper operation of the service. If you breach any applicable legal requirements, The developers of the APP reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice.
4. Privacy Policy
The APP operates entirely on your local device and does not rely on remote servers or cloud infrastructure. Your photos, videos, and related data remain stored on your device at all times, ensuring enhanced protection of your personal information. All data processed during use is safeguarded under applicable privacy regulations and the APP Privacy Policy.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the service to:
Interfere with or disrupt the normal functionality of the service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to data or systems;
Upload or distribute malicious software, viruses, advertisements, or spam;
Engage in activities that compromise the security or privacy of other users or devices;
Violate any relevant laws or regulations.
If you engage in any prohibited actions, the developers of the APP may terminate your access to the service and pursue legal remedies where appropriate.
6. Special Notice for International Use
You understand the global nature of the Internet and agree to comply with all local laws and regulations governing online behavior and content in the country or region where you reside.
7. Disclaimer
You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with using the service. The developers of the APP make no warranties regarding the continuity, reliability, or performance of the service.
The developers of the APP shall not be held liable for any data loss, service interruption, or other damages arising from your use of the service.
Users are strongly encouraged to back up their data regularly to prevent potential loss due to accidental deletion or other causes.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If no resolution is reached, the matter shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitration authority. The resulting arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
9. Changes to this Terms of Use
The developers of the APP reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any revisions will be published within the application along with the date of the latest modification. By continuing to use the APP after such updates, you are deemed to have accepted the amended terms.
