To ensure optimal performance, the App requires user permissions to access device storage. Users are responsible for verifying files before deletion, as the App cannot be held liable for accidental deletions or data loss.

While the App strives to correctly identify duplicate or unnecessary files, users should review flagged files before deletion. New features or changes to existing functionalities may be introduced at any time without prior notice.

The App may utilize third-party tools to enhance its features, and users agree to abide by any terms applicable to such third-party integrations.

7. Acceptable Use of the Services

You are responsible for how you use the Services. By using the App, you agree to the following:

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription via your App Store account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable.
• Third-Party Providers: Payments are processed by third-party providers, and by purchasing Services, you agree to the terms of those providers.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. INDIVIDUAL ENTREPRENEUR KHRENOV ANTON DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, SUITABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE, NOR THE ACCURACY OR SUITABILITY OF CONTENT. YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

14. Limitation of Liability

INDIVIDUAL ENTREPRENEUR KHRENOV ANTON, ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR CONTENT. YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO STOP USING THE APPLICATION. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF PRIOR ADVICE OR LEGAL THEORY.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms;
• Your use or misuse of the Services;
• Violations of third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
